Dr. Siraj Khan, FCBA (UK)
Managing Director
A full time Corporate Advisor for Japanese and Local companies and oil and gas related businesses within this region. He is involved in business re-engineering process aimed at increasing organizational performance.
As a Corporate Advisor, he assists Local and Multinational companies within Malaysia in implementing organizational-wide High Performance Management, Operational Excellence, Leadership Skill Enhancement and Quality Assurance for multitudes of manufacturing sectors and for all levels including Senior Manager and CEO's.
He is also a Certified Auditor for Quality Management System and Fellow of Certified Association of Business Administrator (FCBA) UK. Dr. Siraj Khan holds a Diploma in Production Engineering (UK), Bachelor in Business Administration, and Masters in Business Administration specializing in Operations Management and Doctorate in Industrial Psychology.
He is a strong believer that Everything is POSSIBLE, if the mind is focused and follow through on course until success!
Katautoshi Ikeda
Technical Advisor
He is a graduate of National CHIBA University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in Productivity and Quality Improvement through Toyota Production System Methods, Process and Layout Improvement, Design of Factory Specification and Layout and Factory Innovation, Renewal and Improvement. He has almost 37 years of experience in the above field and has worked in Japanese manufacturing environment, holding senior positions, in countries such as USA, Mexico, UK, China and Malaysia. He has extensive knowledge in the Theory and Advanced Practices of Toyota Production Systems. Some of his achievements include;
- Process Innovation based on Toyota Production System in CTV factory in Japan.
- Design layout and specification of CTV factory located in Tijuana in Mexico.
- Renewal of CTV factory in Thailand based on Toyota Production System.
- Camcorder process innovation based on Toyota Production System at JVC Malaysia.
His forte is in innovation and improvement of manufacturing process and factory layout to optimize space, equipment and people to increase productivity.
M. Pramasivah
Head of Department - Consultancy
M.Pramasivah is the Head of Department (Consultancy) in Business and Operation Performance Business Unit (SBU). His specialization is Improving Business Performance, Productivity Improvement, Leadership Development, Quality Assurance systems and many other aspects of Operational Excellence. He was working with Matsushita Electric Company for 32 years. Among many other positions he has held, he was also a General Manager and Head of Department Various Home Appliances Manufacturing processes of the Panasonic brand.
His approach towards business excellence improvements is through the application of tested Japanese business tools. He uses the GEMBA approach to feel the actual situation and take corrective measures and actions to enhance business performance, productivity and quality improvement.
T. Subramaniam
Head of Department - Training
T.Subramaniam is the Head of Department (Training Division) in Sales Business Unit. Prior to joining Maslow, Subra have vast experience for 13 years in government organization - Labour Department & Industrial Relation as Deputy Director.
He had given many lectures in Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967 for Human Resources students. Since 1999, he has branched out into training and lecturing for private companies as well as private institutions. Subject range from trade unionism, employee-employer relationship, collective bargaining and collective agreement and other industrial Relation ares
He is also actively involved in social service for students & youths by giving motiviosnal speech. he also been conducted several training for Non Government Organization (NGO).
Subra holds a degree in Public Administration and Diploma in Human Resources.
Mohd Taufik Rashid
Training & Learning Advisor
Mohd Taufik is the Training& Learning Advisor in Training Division.
A qualified banker by profession with an Associate Institute of Bankers from Institute of Bankers (UK).He has more than 15 years experience working in the local financial industry and was the Senior Core Management Team of Finance Corporation Limited (formerly known as MBF Finance Limited) based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
Has been involved in HR Training and Development since 1993 and is a Certified Trainer/ Industrial Practitioner and holds a Certificate In Training & Development (CITD) from Institute of Training and Development, UK.
Has trained many corporate and government organization locally, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and Papua New Guinea since then. He specializes in the subject of HR Management and Development (soft skills) specifically in the area of Teams and Teamwork, Effective Communication, Inter-Personal, Coaching and Counseling, Leadership, Train The Trainer, Effective Training, and many others which related to the"Human Side of Management and Development"
Haji Zubir bin Haji Abdul Haddad

Haji Zubir bin Haji Abdul Haddad is a Senior Consultant in Human Resource Management Business Unit (SBU) and his specialization in in Industrial Relation, Human Capital Development, Human Behavioral, Manpower Planning and other aspects of Human Resource Management. With the experience of working for more than 30 years in the field of HRM serving various companies, institutions and agencies in private and public sectors he has undoubtedly widen his knowledge and skill in Human Resource Management.
As a Human Resource Practitioner, he has been involved in designing Human Resource Policies, Grievances and Disciplinary Procedures, Reward Schemes and Motivational Programs. He also has the arts in handling people and had successfully negotiated at least four Collective Bargaining to establish Collective Agreement in the past. He believes that Management and workers must work as a team to ensure significant success in an organization, thus good communication and transparency has to be established and enhanced.
Maznita Mohamed
Finance & Administration
Maznita Mohamed is the Finance and Administrator of Maslow Trainers & Consultants Sdn. Bhd.
She possesses a Diploma in Business Administration with vast experience in Finance and Administration acquired through her involvement in Banking and Auditing Firms prior to joining MTC. Apart from her day to day activities in Operations, she manages the administration and finance of the Company as well.
